Prachi Shailendra, MA's bio

Prachi Shailendra is a passionate and curious communications strategist with over a decade of global experience across multiple continents. Currently, she lends her expertise to COSTI Immigrant Services as a content specialist.

When she’s not working, this Harry Potter fan loves to travel, paint, try new cuisines, redecorate her house (something that happens every few months), be a doting indoor mom plant and workout. A dedicated volunteer, Prachi is deeply involved with professional, humanitarian and religious organizations, always hungry to learn more and do more.

Something that makes Prachi stand out is her openness in sharing her immigration journey and success tips with other newcomers, as she helps them break into the Canadian communications industry and get out of their “survival jobs” cycle.

As for her favourite go-to caffeinated beverage? That honour is reserved for a delicious peppermint mocha!
