Emily Jenkins’s bio

Emily Jenkins is a brilliantly creative graphic designer. By day, she’s the Intermediate Graphic Designer for AbleDocs, but by night, this aspiring Master Chef loves to cook and try new recipes. When she’s not serving up delicious food, Emily is outside enjoying the beautiful scenery she gets to call home.

Having lived in four countries in the past eight years, one thing remains constant – her 16-year-old toy Poodle, Penelope (a.k.a. Penn). Penn has been her partner in crime and travel buddy and recently became a big sister to her feline brother, Frank, who Emily recently rescued in the Bahamas.

As for her go-to hot beverage? Expect the unexpected from this flavour connoisseur – A miso broth with turmeric and black pepper added in.
